Story: Made from 100% Nebbiolo, this Rosé represents the very first pick from our Nebbiolo vines each season. Harvested early to capture freshness and vibrancy, it showcases the elegance and unique character of this noble Italian variety in a delicate and refreshing style.

Vintage: The 2025 vintage brought a return to warm, dry conditions after three cooler seasons, with an early start and consistently fast-paced ripening. Late in vintage we started to see the cool damp conditions we need for botrytis to set and the grapes were picked May 8th.

Nose: Fragrant aromas of rose petal and watermelon rind mingle with strawberry, white cherry, and white peach. Mineral notes of river pebble and flint add a savoury edge.

Palate: The palate is crisp and refreshing, showing watermelon, white cherry, and peach, lifted by a tangy burst of cranberry. A bright line of acidity ensures a clean and persistent finish.

Pairing: Perfect with a summer spread of prosciutto and melon, or grilled prawns served with lemon, olive oil, and fresh herbs. The wine’s delicate fruit and savoury minerality pair beautifully with light, seasonal dishes. Click For Recipe
