Story: Made from Nebbiolo, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this Rosé represents the very first pick from our Nebbiolo vines. Harvested early to capture freshness and vibrancy, it showcases the elegance and unique character of this noble Italian variety in a delicate and refreshing style.

Vintage: A warm, dry growing season delivered an early and uninterrupted harvest. Fruit was picked in pristine condition, showing freshness, balance, and depth. With yields returning to normal and quality exceptionally high, 2025 stands out as one of the most promising vintages in recent years.

Nose: Fragrant aromas of rose petal and watermelon rind mingle with strawberry, white cherry, and white peach. Mineral notes of river pebble and flint add a savoury edge.

Palate: The palate is crisp and refreshing, showing watermelon, white cherry, and peach, lifted by a tangy burst of cranberry. A bright line of acidity ensures a clean and persistent finish.
