Story: The Riesling grapes for this Autumn Harvest were handpicked 11 weeks later than we normally would for a dry white wine. The additional hanging time accompanied by a natural botrytis infection have provided this wine with luscious sweetness and lingering intensity.

Nose: The nose offers beautifully complex aromas of lychee, ripe stone fruits and citrus blossom.

Palate: The palate is vibrant and fresh with notes of stone fruits and lemon. The delicate sweetness is perfectly balanced with the refreshing and crisp acidity.

Pairing: Try this wine with a pomegranate Eton Mess.
