Story: The greatest sparkling wines in the world owe their excellence to cool climate origins and ancient soils, which are both qualities offered by the K1 by Geoff Hardy vineyard in the Adelaide Hills.

The vineyard produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay fruit that is delicate and fresh, resulting in exceptional sparkling wines that dance on your palate. This sparkling will add elegance and smiles to any occasion!

Vintage: NV stands for Non-Vintage. This wine is a blend of multiple vintages, this provides the winemaker with endless possibilities to build complexity into the base wine before a secondary fermentation is used to produce the fine carbon dioxide bubbles that dance across the palate.

Nose: The nose is very attractive with beautiful aromas of grapefruit, green apples, lemon sorbet and yeast autolysis.

Palate: The palate is crisp and bright with notes of apple and citrus, followed by refreshing and perfectly balanced acidity.
