Story: Sparkling Reds have been part of the Australian Winemaking landscape since the style was first conceived sometime in the 1800’s

Nose: The nose opens with layers of boysenberry and mulberry, laced with warm spice notes of black pepper, clove, and cinnamon. These aromas create an inviting and complex bouquet that balances ripe fruit with savoury depth.

Palate: The palate is rich and expressive, showing blackberry, boysenberry, and cherry interwoven with spice-driven notes of star anise, mocha, and a touch of peppermint. Smooth tannins and balanced acidity carry the flavours through to a long, elegant finish.

Pairing: Sticky Korean BBQ pork ribs with kimchi and bean sprout salad. This wine also pairs perfectly with a traditionally Christmas feast! Think baked leg ham and Turkey with Cranberry
