Story: Sparkling Reds have been part of the Australian Winemaking landscape since the style was first conceived sometime in the 1800’s

Vintage: NV stands for Non-Vintage. This wine is a blend of multiple vintages, this provides the winemaker with endless possibilities to build complexity into the base wine before a secondary fermentation is used to produce the fine carbon dioxide bubbles that dance across the palate.

Nose: Aromas of plum and mulberry laced with spice notes of black pepper, star anise and cinnamon

Palate: Plum, mulberry and spice combines with a fine bead across the palate to unlock rich layers of cherry, liquorice and mocha. An intriguing combination of fruit, subtle oak tannins and bubbles delivers an explosion of flavour that is uniquely Australian.
