Story: The K1 Sauvignon Blanc vines are the oldest in the Adelaide Hills and are planted in a sandy loam area of the K1 by Geoff Hardy vineyard, a consistent hero of our vineyard. The vines are spur pruned to a low bud number to increase fruit quality.

Nose: This Sauvignon Blanc offers a nose filled with delicate scents of white flower, elderflower, Granny Smith apple, and lemon balm.

Palate: On the palate, it presents a dry and crisp finish, with refreshing notes of lemon pith, crunchy apple, and a bright and fresh character.

Pairing: Pair this Sauvignon Blanc with a woodfired Margherita Pizza for a delightful culinary combination. The wine's crispness and refreshing character complement the classic flavors of the pizza.
